7 Months Old Now

It's been a long time since I updated the blog, but we have been a busy little family since Easter.  We took our first family vacation in early July and Landry had his first July 4th experience and he loved the Fireworks.  He is such a good baby and has brought so much joy to our lives.  Here are few recent pictures I wanted to share with everyone.

Lots of Visitors

You have had lots of visitors in your first three weeks of life.  Here are just a few.

Landry is 3 Weeks Old

Time has flown by so quickly and we can't even believe how fast you have grown and that you are already 3 weeks old now.  At your two week check up you weighed 8 pounds and 3 oz and measured  21 1/2 inches long.  You were such a good boy at the Dr. for us.  Dr. Drake changed your formula again to help your tummy a little.  We are anxious for your little belly button to be revealed and be able to give you a "real" bath.

January 12. 2012 - 7:00 AM

We had a very Merry Christmas!!!!

Christmas was very nice and now we are just waiting for our little boy to arrive.  My Dr. is going to admit me to the hospital next Wednesday evening and induce labor early morning on January 12th, if Landry is not making his debut before then. 

4D Sonogram

We had a 4D Sonogram photo session at LaBella Belly Spa.  At our first session Mr. Landry wasn't ready to have his picture taken, but the second visit he was more than ready.  We got to see our bundle of joy for about 20 minutes and we got some adorable pictures and a DVD of him.  He had his feet up around his face and we could see all of his little toes and all of his little fingers.   

The Room is Almost Ready

The curtains are finally hung and the room is almost ready now.   Hope you enjoy the pictures of the Nursery.  Looking forward to the upcoming Baby Showers in the next few weeks.  I will post pictures as soon as I have them. 

The Bedding

GaGa is making all the bedding for Landry's room, and we really appreciate all the hard work she has put into it.  The curtains are not quite finished yet, but when they are up, I will post more pictures.  So far here is what we have in his bed.

Half Way Mark - September 1st

We had our 20 week sonogram on September 1st, and we are definately having a BOY!!!!  He weighs 12 oz, and everything is progressing as it should be. 

I felt him kick for the first time on August 19th and it was incredible to feel my baby boy moving inside of me.  Todd felt him kick for the first time on September 13th and he was so excited.  He feels my tummy all the time now to see if he will kick.

For our half way sonogram visit we were joined by Todd's mom, my Dad, Colleen, and Conner.  We were all so excited to see how much he had grown and developed.

Baby Landry's Room Construction

We spent all day Sunday with "Uncle Austin" painting Landry's room and really appreciate all the help he gave us.  I wanted to post a few pictures of the room under construction.  My dad came over Sunday night to help Todd put the baby bed together.  It is starting to look like a nursery now. 

Summer Vacation

We took a little vacation at the end of July to South Padre Island with Todd's sister and family.  It will be the last vacation as a family of two.  It was a great trip and we enjoyed visiting with our friends Leo, Alma, and Kate.  I wanted to post a few pictures, so here they are.

HAPPY NEWS

Went to see the specialist last week and received a very nice surprise....Early Indications say "It's a BOY"
